国际芯片交易网(Global Chip Trading Platform)是一个专业的芯片现货交易信息平台，为芯片采购商和供应商提供信息发布和撮合服务。 平台不直接参与交易，仅提供信息展示和联系方式查看服务。

Global Chip Trading Platform is a professional chip spot trading information platform that provides information publishing and matching services for chip buyers and suppliers. The platform does not directly participate in transactions, only provides information display and contact viewing services.

• 用户应确保注册信息的真实性和准确性Users should ensure the authenticity and accuracy of registration information
• 用户发布的采购需求和库存信息应真实有效Published information should be true and valid
• 用户不得发布虚假、误导性或违法信息Users must not publish false, misleading or illegal information
• 用户应妥善保管账户信息，不得转让或出借账户Users should properly keep account information and not transfer or lend accounts

• 平台有权审核用户发布的信息The platform has the right to review user-published information
• 对于违规信息，平台有权删除或屏蔽The platform has the right to delete or block illegal information
• 对于违规用户，平台有权暂停或终止服务The platform has the right to suspend or terminate services for violating users
• 平台有权根据业务需要调整服务内容和价格The platform has the right to adjust service content and prices as needed

• VIP会员年费588元，享受无限查看联系方式等特权VIP membership annual fee ¥588, enjoy unlimited contact views and other privileges
• 普通会员查看联系方式需付费2元/次Regular members need to pay ¥2 per contact view
• 付费后的服务不支持退款Paid services do not support refunds
• 会员到期后自动转为普通会员Membership automatically converts to regular member after expiration

• 平台仅提供信息展示服务，不对交易结果承担责任The platform only provides information display services and is not responsible for transaction results
• 用户之间的交易纠纷应自行协商解决Transaction disputes between users should be resolved through negotiation
• 平台不保证信息的完全准确性和时效性The platform does not guarantee the complete accuracy and timeliness of information
• 因不可抗力导致的服务中断，平台不承担责任The platform is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure

平台有权根据业务发展需要修改本服务条款。修改后的条款将在平台上公布， 用户继续使用服务即视为同意修改后的条款。

The platform has the right to modify these terms of service as needed. Modified terms will be published on the platform, and continued use of the service is deemed as acceptance of the modified terms.
